Hitech IC-1029-S08 charges 1-10 pieces of AA and AAA rechargeable Ni-Cd / Ni-Mh batteries and 1-2 pieces of 9V rechargeable batteries. Computer controlled with Negative delta V (-V) cut of detection. LED blinks when charging defective cells. Cells do not get hot during charging process, utilizing latest Hitech charging mechanism.

• LED light turns red in each slot when charging battery. LED light changes to green when charge is completed & automatically switches over to trickle charge mode. LED blinks when charging bad quality batteries. 
• Computer controlled with Negative delta V (-V) cut off detection. 
• Cell(s) stay cool during charging
